Punk

The first recorded use of the term (unknown origin) occurred in the early 1590s, with reference to a “prostitute, harlot.” The term “taffety punk,” a reference to “a well dressed whore,” appears in William Shakespeare’s All’s Well That Ends Well, penned between 1604 and 1605.

Thunder punk

A music genre that is not like any thing else. It relies on only simple parts of songs with very noisy improvisation throughout. While the music is whimsical it is generally heavy. Often the tracks are distorted. It’s name comes from the thunderous sound and the punk like attitude that can be felt in the music.

Pyjama Punk

When you love your local punk rock community, but from the comfort of your cosy warm bedroom. Pyjama punks prefer cups of tea to beer, social media to protests and sleepovers to gigs.
I just found a new jacket at the second hand shop, so I've bought some studs and I'm getting a bunch of pyjama punks around for a crafternoon this weekend.

Punk

A term of endearment for someone who's a rowdy troublemaker, usually a smartalec, in a lovable sort of way.
Cousin 1: "I love my family, I really do! If I could've picked my own family, I would've picked this one!"

Cousin 2: "Out of all of my cousins... you're one of them."

Cousin 1: "F*** you, then, punk!"
