When someone stops at a red light next to an old person, slowly starts backing up, and yells "put on your brakes!" at them.

I can't wait for the day I get to back-up-break some unsuspecting old fart!

This results in a "sad break" where you may just cry for 20 minutes, lay there in a big blanket and eat chocolate, watch cat videos on YouTube or all of the above. What you do during your sad break is up to you.
