being ugly can posses the literal meaning of simply being an unattractive person physically. it can also mean that the actions or decisions you are making are unfavorable or just inconvenient. ugly as in, you're not doing the right thing or your just commiting negative moves.

Get the uglymug. They ugly guy in the group who thinks he gets bare girls when he doesn't really. Then brags about it 24/7 about being called 'bae' and their whole conversation. Its one of those guys who just pisses you off and you just want to say it straight to their face but don't want to hurt any of their ugly feeling. :
