The video was a roblox character playing the game "tower of hell" or TOH for short with a teenage girl voice between 13-16 years old awnsering questions and responding back in Japanese, the word: "Sucky tan ducky doo" is the girls response to the question "is Japanese a difficult language?" which she hilariously responded with: "Sucky tan ducky doo" which she tried to pronounce: "と聞いたけど..." which translates to: "I heared it was but..." the tiktoker got massive amounts of scandals after this since she faked a language like Japanese
