East coast New Brunswick saying when greeting someone, or to find out what’s new with someone, and what the word on the street is. Cap’ is short for captain of a boat, typically seen in New Brunswick’s southwestern fishing villages.

Something that only really sexy, jacked rugby players wear. The cap is worn to protect the head, and also to attract the eye and heart of viewers. Typically only refers to women’s rugby players, as the men players don’t look good in anything.
