TP-Bandit

Someone who uses cheap toilet paper and balls it up to wipe while standing on the seat. Thus resulting in tiny rolled up pieces of shit covered toilet paper (shit nuggets) to go everywhere but the bowl.

The TP-Bandit left his shit nuggets on top of the toilet tank lid and all over the floor.
