Get the DEI Hiremug. DEI is purported to stand for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Now that ESG has become toxic for big finance and business, this is a rebranding of a similar initiative. Diversity, equity, and inclusion may sound super great, but have been tainted by redefinitions from the Leftist, collectivist Intersectional Theory as follows:
Diversity means replacing straight, white men at all levels with women, "people of color," and those identifying as LGBTQIA+.
Equity means forcing sameness of outcome regardless of talent, merit, or work ethic.
Inclusion means including everyone except the aforementioned straight, white men.
