Billy

A term used in cycling where a person sticks in someones draft the whole ride. Other wise known as a wheel sucker. In modern cycling this is the lowest position you can have because it means that you never help the group. Being called a Billy is demeaning.

Even though the person being a Billy is weaker than the other racers a Billy will finish the race every time in the same position he was the whole race, behind someone.

He won the race because he pulled a Billy.

There goes that damn Billy again, lets drop him!
