It can also be caused by a man being extremely muscular causing his chest to enlarge to a point where the area looks like breasts.

Get the Moobsmug. The most insulting word to call a fat person. Moob is the combination of all Anti-fat words, taking and placed into one simple four letter word. Commonly used to describe someone you feel has not seen the outside world in over six months.
