Call in and we'll help you

We aren't going to help you.
Hym "Because I already said I'm not calling in. So, 'call in and we'll help you' means you aren't going to do it. Not calling in isn't a barrier to you. So, no. I'm not ever going to do that. You should have done what I told you 3 years ago or 10 years ago and though kids in Texas would not be dead and Suchir Balaji would not be dead. YOU... DO WHAT I TOLD YOU TO DO. I'm not doing it. There are a lot of things I WILL do but no. I'm not calling anyone. I'm not doing anything beyond this. You can just listen to the words I say and then do those words and not the other way around. I already told you I wouldn't and I already explained why."

Would you like some fries with that shake?

A reference to a song by Parliament-Funkadelic leader George Clinton. Which in turn was referenced in the 1997 children's film Good Burger. Sometimes the phrase is mistaken to be a sexual reference, but it is not. It instead references combo meals at fast food restaurants. The phrase is a male asking a woman to go on a date. So instead of just being a solo shake, a reference to feminine hips, he's asking as a hearty spud himself if they can be a combo. Due to the joke's fast food theme, it implies that the male is asking to take her out to lunch.
Dude: Would you like some fries with that shake?
Dudette: Sure, but only if you take me out for a good burger.

Love You

A narcissist's passive way of telling someone "I'm not going to love you, I have better things to do. Go love yourself." This is done with the intention of gaslighting the addressee into thinking that they are actually in a normal conversation, when in fact, they have been manipulated in the most passive, charismatic, and grammatically-correct way possible.
"I missed you and I just wanted to know if you were able to talk!"

"I...have to go to work now. Love you! ~"
