Schubert Syndrome

The syndrome that can only be born with. There is nothing physically wrong with the human, but they're fucking idiots. Very few people like them. To be born with Schubert syndrome, they need to be the second youngest child of a family with 4 children. They have 2 brothers and 1 sister. They're selfish and dick heads.

Man: Hey, does that person have Schubert Syndrome?
Woman: I think so, lets go check.

Woman: Hey, do you have 2 brothers and 1 sister?
