Ghost Performer

A ghost performer is someone who fills in for a type of performance or routine if a member isn’t available it could be someone random or someone that a choreographer would know of with the same skill set that would be used in the routine or simply a hired stunt double or someone who can execute a role in a performance when needed.

A ghost performer is needed due to one of our members not being available for our circus routine.

The opposite of a performance enhancing drug, like marijuana.

That guy smoked pot before the race and raced like a turtle. It was a performance diminishing drug somebody on the other team told him would make him faster.

A drug that does the opposite of enhance performance, such as marijuana.

Someone from the other team told the guy that if he smoked ganja before the race, he would be more clearheaded, faster, stronger, and to his suprise, it took him most of the day to finish. Nobody told him that marijuana was a performance diminishing drug.

Employee Performance Appraisal

An annual form completed by MCSO supervisors that justifies giving or not giving you a pay raise. This form is mandated by policy, but no one really cares about them unless they are really super negative. Supervisors hate writing them as they know it's pointless.

Theoretically it documents your performance over the last year, but every commander has different criteria and people just make shit up as they please.
