Broken Heart

A person who likes/loves another plenty, and falls for them hard. When someone breaks your heart, you are hurt because they broke up with you or cheated on you if you were in an intimate relationship. Or, the person you're after starts going steady with another and there was nothing you could do to prevent it and you wished to be with them or at least given them advice to be with someone better.

"She was so in love with him! What did he do to leave her with a broken heart?"
"He cheated on her with Anna."

Most often, someone emotionally scarred, or emotionally damaged beyond the point of repair.

Often used in a derogatory way to describe a girl with a lot of emotional issues.

I tried to make things work, but she's got too many issues. Girl is a broken wing.

Broken Tech

A running joke and play on words coined by Brooklyn Tech Students. It's used to refer to the general ineptitude and/or sluggishness of the school at times. The suffix -lyn might also be added to the phrase (mainly in speech though). Ex. Brokenlyn Technical High School

Underclassman A: "Why are the elevators to the lunchroom always under repair?"
Upperclassman B: "Welcome to Broken Tech"

Heart Broken

When you put everything that you have into a relationship and you fall in love but then the person that you are desperately in love with stumps your heart and watches it fall and shrivel in the gutter. When he kisses another girl and doesn't really think about how it makes you feel. when he leaves you for someone else who probably isn't even capable of loving him as much as you did. When he leaves you cause thing's got tough without even trying to fix it. When you smile in his face but are truely crying inside. When you cry puddles every night because you love him so much that it hurts. You barely feel able to carry on because you think about how you lost him and are asking yourself why...you are broken... you can't move on because you love him so much that you pray every night that there is still hope knowing that there isn't.

I am so heart broken that it has become so painful to the point that i am so afraid to even love again.
