The act of stacking ducks on top of each other, while trying to get each duck to continuously quack in harmony. Mostly done with friends in competition to see who can quacker stack the best.

Derivation: Two fraternity brothers were getting swoll in the gym. After finishing the last set of bicep curls, one brother said to the other "I need to add one more set, just to get my bi's fully quaiched." This was interepreted as fully used up or fucked up. It has since been used more as fucked up, i.e. that fool just came out and quaiched me.

"My teacher totally quaiched me on my grades."
"Yo that bitch's face is quaiched."
"I'm going to get fully quaiched in the gym today."
