A word you would probably use to describe somebody of low socioeconomic standing who possibly does drugs, drinks too many energy drinks, lives off fast food, wears trackies and flip flops everywhere, and probably lives in commission housing. It may also be used to describe an area.

we should probably avoid going down that street all the people who live there are real mish junkies n eshays.
