It refers to the phenomenon wherein the students studying under the Indian Education System undergo mental changes, which affect the thinking process of them. For example, when a student wishes to become an artist or a musician but then he/she has to take up science because of the Indian parents' and society's backward mentality.

Avinash wanted to become a professional artist, but then India happened and he couldn't become one.
