1. A slang term for someone with the name Helen to suddenly be referred to as a lesbian. Usually a derogatory term if you don't like lesbians or even a good term if you somehow like Ellen Degeneres. (It would be obvious you're 40 and up if that's the case).

2. A rediculously stupid nickname given to a girl named Helen.
