The act of throwing a tree out of a window. From "defenestration," throwing something out of a window, and "forest."

Girl: "So I finally took down my Christmas tree today. It was an epic battle."
Guy: "Those trees are tough."
Girl: "Yeah, it tried to stab me in the eye, so I decided to throw it out the window."
Guy: "Ah, defeneforestation."
Girl: "Precisely."
