To apply, have, or obtain 100% of something. To be dedicated entirely, to have it all, or to get everything. This comprehensible term can be adapted and applied to many situations. It is most often used as an alternative to "full send", "full force", "full set", or "full package".
"Steve, that's a steep hill. I don't think we're going to make it up in this train."
"It'll be alright, we'll go full chooch!"
"Woah, who is that woman? She's beautiful, smart, and hilarious!"
"Yeah, I know! That's Lorena, she's the full chooch!"
"This restaurant is amazing, all of their food is great. What did you order?"
"I couldn't decide on one thing so I got the full chooch!"
