an acronym for "over acheiver". Used by high school students to describe someone who has a perfect grade in a class or does more work than necessary.

Office of Administration. Usually used in colleges when it's almost time for final exams and the hall director gets too lazy to full spell it out for you. Or maybe it's not. Who knows.
