Sakuratist

A sakuratist is someone who engages with their own thoughts and feelings of depression, anger, sadness, or in most cases insanity. They are usually apathetic about the people around them, their responsibilities, and the things they enjoy most. He or she will start to develop demented thoughts and have visions of River, in which he or she will follow as a guide.

John's life started to get worse and worse, until the point where he became a sakuratist.

This term refers to when a specific subject or show has had so much porn made of it that it is possible to find it without specifically looking for it. The pornographic content has reached a level of over abundance.
