A White bat which is obsesed with gems. she is tring to take the master emerald but knuckles always stops her. She uses her feet for weapons.

She Probaly manipulates knuckles to get his master emerald that's probably why it looks like she likes knuckles

Rouge the bat 

Rouge the bat is a secret agent working for the government. She seems to like shadow the hedgehog and knuckles the echinda. But she problay tricks them into giving her emeralds which HASNT worked so far. Anyway, rouge has permission to rob banks, and commit crimes because the government will cover up for her.. or just blow her up. Also her outfit has SLUT all over it in SA2 but in Sonic Heroes a lil better but SLUTTY !

Shadow: Hey Knux, did you see that rouge girl take off her clothes? she is naked now and its awesome

Knuckles: "WHERE AND HOW CAN SHE DO DaT WITHOUT BREAKIN THA LAW"

Shadow:"She is a government agent.. give her emeralds to see her though "

The Unofficial New Orleans-Baton Rouge-Lafayette-Lake Charles Metropolitan Area would be 2,817,540 people and that would place New Orleans at Number 14 on the All Time Combined Statistical Area which is currently held by The Orlando-Deltona-Daytona Beach, FL CSA (Combined Statistical Area) at 2,747,614
