A combination of the words Poor and Boredom. Its when your so poor that you cannot afford entertainment and thus are affected by severe boredom.

Ill be sitting at home enjoying poordom. (a sarcastic sentence)

Eating out of poordom

Eating as much food as you possibly can (even if you're not hungry) when it is provided for free (such as a party or given as a donation) because you are too poor to buy your own food and don't know when you will ever eat again.

I wasn't hungry when I went to my little cousin's birthday party, but eating out of poordom was a must since I blew my paycheck at the bar.
