Back pain that is caused by simply existing.

For example, feeling pain in the upper or lower back region when there is no reason too. This is known as existential back pain

When a guy makes plans with you knowing that he has another plan already. If his plans fall through, he won't worry 'cause he knows that you are waiting. You usually don't know that you are the fall back plan.

My girl cancelled on me tonight but nah no worries, my fall back plan is waiting.

back up plan

Haplessly taken for granted just because it’s not “exciting enough” or it’s “too good”. A plan that will only be referred to when all else fails. When you become a back up plan you should
figure out a way to hit them hard with the realization that you won’t always be there for them to walk all over you when they have no one else to go to; that you’ve got your own plans too. Otherwise, you my friend, will forever remain stuck in that phase.
