Peenf: Penis Fart.

Peenf is a portmanteau, a combination of the Latin root word "Peen" and the Sumerian word "Queef", Peen and Queef being the affix and suffix respectively.

Peen: Slang or a derivative of the word penis. Peen conjures the imagine of a penis in it's flaccid state. Nobody like's a limp dick, so Peen is also used to describe a real jerk, or a dick.
