1. Acronym for "Perpetually Disgruntled Black".

2. Term invented by Blacks in the USA to describe other Black People in America that tend to oppose both non-progress and progress at the same time, often contradicting themselves.

3. People that always seem to unhappy with issues, yet are never happy with any solutions. They also usually refuse to offer any solutions.

4. A black person that mostly thinks and speaks negatively, and usually seeks out and joins groups of people that practice this same behavior.
