Mcl-oyeur

A neighbor with voyeuristic tendencies, especially during shelter in place times.

The Mcl-oyeur down the street asked me "what kind of shorts are those your'e wearing" after my early morning run.

I have a sort of creepy Mcl-oyeur who lives on my street who keeps texting me, wanting to know "why I'm not more sweaty" after my morning runs. Yuck!
