oetwamber has come from the word: oelewapper (a dutch word) some people said to each other.. oelewapper! After a while a new guy came.. and he thaught that it was *oetwamber* but it wasn't.. rofl :D

so then everybody is screaming oetwamber! in stead of oelewapper :P

A derrogatory word in the Dutch language. Which is translated into dumbass or klutz. Usually used as a way to call someone who has dropped something and broke it.

Hoe heb je de vaas laten vallen, wat ben jij toch een oetlul.
(translated) How have you dropped the vase, what a dumbass you are.
