1. A derogatory term for a person who don't have no mental disability, mental disorder or intellectual disability; a person with a high IQ; albe-minded; non-disabled.

That little normo is gonna end up in a car accident one day for making jokes about mentally disabled adults and kids. Look at Tracy Morgan, Karma came around and got him in a car accident. Good for him.
