Beside many internet articles stating this means nothing and is simply a trend on social media, this basically means ‘come on suck my dick daddy’.

A mispronounced version of "Tu papi Munyanyo". Spanish for "Munyanyo is your daddy". First adopted by a TikTok user who calls himself Munyanyo. Chupapi Munyanyo is a saying used in viral prank videos where Munyanyo yells "Chupapi Munyanyo" in a random stranger's ear.
Munyanyo: (Near Tom's ear) "Chupapi Munyanyo!"
Tom: What the fuck are you doing? Who the hell are you? Don't come up to me and scream in my ear!
