Native to North London, it usually shows how someone lacks the ability to do something. It can also be used to purposely indicate that you are stronger than someone.

Matt: "Hey John I'm sick at football."
John: ( High pitched sarcastic insult ) "You're sick at football."

Tom: "I can quickscope better than you."
Joe: ( High pitched sarcastic insult ) "You're better than me."

Soft Insult- An insult disguised as a compliment, often used in the southern states. Super condescending.

You thought you had a chance with him!" And they both laughed in her face. BOOM! SOUTHERN BELL SWEET SLAPPED WITH A SOFT INSULT
