Basically an impertinent person shows stupidity along with rudeness being overbearing as they speak loudly to try show intelligence.

Impentinent

“Penitent” means “showing remorse for having done wrong”: it’s where the word “penitentiary” comes from. So “impenitent” means the opposite: it means he’s not sorry for anything he’s done, any crime he’s committed. And it’s been spelled wrong, because it’s a prison tattoo.

"Yea I killed all the those people, and I'm not sorry about it. In fact, I'm Impentinent about the whole situation" 🤷🏾 ♂️
