Somebody who's no longer considered fun to take to parties. Somebody who's family doesn't miss them when they're not present.

He/she isn't a has been with everyone now, but will be in another twenty years (or generation).

Basically a meme that goes "Wait it's all (said thing)" and the response is "Always has been" A funny meme which originated back in August 2016 on Tumblr. It is a fun phrase to say when someone asks a specific question.
