A person who completely misunderstands or misreads a situation causing them to flip out, in complete ignorance.

Normal person 'Oh, I hate when it rains'

Flip out psycho 'Rains, what? Oh is that because you hate me? And you're here with me? How dare you, you can be so selfish. I can't believe you'
