When something is dull, worthless, or uninteresting while being annoying, frustrating, or irritating at the same time.
In a situation of two people being bored and trying to find something to do.
Person 1: sarcastically "Why don't we wash your car"

A Random word that expresses your outgoingness. This word is expecially used to probably annoy people that don't know the definition of this word. This word can be used as part of a language with words such as blargh, blarghity, blagh, ,bargh...so on. This can be used for your friends to tell them something that is private...but you seriously need to teach them this and be crazy but that's ok.
