Something girls say to each other to communicate that they are on their period and may scream or cry at each other randomly.
Can also be used with aunt b or aunt irma

Hollie : hey becky my aunt flow is here
Becky: oh no I'm here it's fine
Hollie:* starts crying for no reason *
