Africtive

Term used to describe relationships with people who you can't avoid, but who rub you the wrong way and annoy the heck out of you. Coined using the root word 'friction' as in the friction you experience attempting to interact with them.
My inlaws... they're such an africtive bunch! They never get along with each other, they're always fighting over who's got the best outfit for the day, and they live in their own little world full of arguments and fights...

A false fan; a person who claims to enjoy something s/he really doesn't.
John is an affictionado of football because his partner watches Monday night game with his buddies.

A person who pretends to like or be a fan/supporter of something. The pretending needs to be obvious to others in order for the term to apply.
A person commenting to a friend about someone's obvious false affection for a band: "I am SO into Coldplay". The person making the claim would be an affictionato.
