This term was coined by The N-Word Pass group chat on Misfits Amino. When someone has the Tard, this means that they are incredibly retarded. It can be spread through sucking dick or through the air. The Tard is incredibly contagious, which is why most people who contract this horrible disease must be immediately quarantined and given an acid bath.

To be needlessly startled by somthing percived to be, but not really treatening. Frightend and tarding out over nothing.

I sweved around the semi truck, and the driver was tardtle when I passed him.
