thread killer

One who posts in a very popular thread on a message board, and then kills it. It will stay 'dead' from 20 minutes to a week, then the thread is fucked, and has no chance of become a great thread again. Just like a pron star that had testy cancer.

to put a negative or stupid comment on a persons facebook thread. Particularly when the topic or "thread" is upbeat and funny. A threadkill will usually bring a halt to the conversation. A threadkill can be used as a noun or a verb.

facebook topic starts: What a great day the weather is awesome
Comment 1: gorgeous 80 and sunny
Comment 2: We have a little rain but life is good!
Threadkill: I can't go outside ever because I get sunburned and I have allergies

A “thread killer” is a member of a group text who sends a comment so wheels off that the other members cease conversation.

Rage replied to a text thread with:

“My b-hole is hairy...I don't shave it, so when explosive shit comes at 120 mph, it's like a Brazilian wax”
