A term by the mexican community that has been used since the late 70's. It was created during the Mexico Boarder Act of 1976 when mexicans and latino's would distract the patrol officers by saying "saucty, saucty, saucty" as other people came across the boarder and eventually they had created a cult called the Saucty Latino's of Mexico Gang also known as the SLMG! till this day saucty is used by teen americans meaning either Awesome, cool, rad etc.
