When a person is "pulling you on a string" it's kinda like they are playing hard to get,or they are mysterious in a way.

Guy 1: The girl I like is teasing me but when I try to make a move she backs away.
Guy 2: That sucks Dude.Do you think she's still going to open up later?
Guy 1:Idk, but I hope she does. I don't like all crap.
Guy 2: she's just pulling you by a string.

Abita Springs

Small town, North of Mandeville and East of Covington. Its pretty bad ass. Alot of partys , drug dealers and bong fests.
