Shan-tan

Invented by RH from Hartlepool. When you get a suntan or are sunburnt whilst wearing an unsuitable piece of clothing, or sitting with part of your body in the shade. Leaving you with visible white bits. This has no relation to the taxi driver tan.

Crazy J and Shan the Man

A remarkably good looking, intelligent, and desirable duo hailing from Western Pennsylvania. The two share a biting wit and undeniably good taste. They are better than most other people, but are friendly and sociable with those not as blessed, nonetheless.
