You Take your semi hard dick and push it backward through the skin at the base of your shaft then you tuck the loose skin over the head and let go. What will happen is your dick will try to pop out but the flap of skin will hold it back. Flipping the skin over the head is kinda of like a sandwhich baggy thus creating the effect
