Dark, but if you look closely you'll notice he's yet ANOTHER palette-swapped ninja. His name is derived from the programmers of MK, John Tobias and Ed Boon. Tobias Boon: Noob Saibot. Games he's appeared in include Mortal Kombat 2, Mortal Kombat 3(I think), Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Mortal Kombat 4, Mortal Kombat Gold and hopefully Mortal Kombat: Deception.
