A day when a crew of 3+ people draw a piece of paper from a hat at random, which will contain another crew member’s tattoo idea, or your own.

Whatever is written on the piece of paper gets tattooed on your body.

If a crew member refuses the tattoo design, you can swap the idea with another crew member.

PS: Don’t be too considerate, but you might be screwed if you get your idea back.
