A person that is known to be a bisexual who usually tends to live in Canada. People named Roe tend to have an old homestuck and south park phase. She also easily gets attached to fandom characters (specifically fictional men). She has a weird obsession to 'Shane' from Starwdew Valley and always uses all the printer ink to put photos on her wall. Sometimes she even has a sign that say "_____ slaps your ass."
