A devolution of Pikachu and Raichu, the electric mouse pokemon. Unlike the rest, this one is small.

Silver: "Despite its small size, it can zap even adult humans. However, if it does so, it also surprises itself."

TRAINER1:"Man, Pichu sucks."

TRAINER2:"It's a baby pokemon. That's why it's stats are so low."
