A ‘Lady of the night’: generally to be found in some godforsaken backwater bar at the end of at least a 10 hour flight.

So there I was, holding the end up in the bar in Mpulungu when I discovered the Skipper had gone AWOL leaving me to bat off the remainder of the night-fighters with what remained of our drinks…
