Makka Pakka

The supposed cute cuddly character from show 'In The Night Garden'.

In reality Makka Pakka is the USSR's highest ranked Red Guard infantryman. This was obtained after Makka Pakka utilised the ovals on the side of his head to detect incoming Panzers Divisions (Most noticably the 7th Panzer Division or 'Ghost Division' which he detected were in fact falling down from the sky upon Soviet Forces.) during the battles of Stalingrad and Kursk.

After WW2 he worked in most Warsaw Pact nations aquiring skills for infiltration. Then after the 'Collapse' of the Soviet Union he was sent to the Night Garden to make it the Red Garden and to sabotage fascist rebellions by the Ninky Nonk. His bike thing is also known as the "Bike of the People".

SOVIET 1: Comrade did you hear that Kommissar Makka Pakka has spread socialism to the Night Garden
