But catch him if you can because there's always someone else who realizes that they want him too. He's broken a few hearts, mended a few and been broken hearted himself. He's sooo understanding and will guide you through anything. He's so kind and caring that your heart will melt every time he smiles. He's sooooo hot with a 6 pack and that craaazzzy hair. Kickers so cute that if u walk past him, you can't help but blush. He's smart and knows like everything! A person (usually male) between the ages of 14 and 19 who holds the mindset of a 5-year-old child. They are usually found kicking feebly at each other in front of a school. Their attire may include bandanas (usually white or red,) shorts that are many sizes to big and appear to be pants, and many fake-gold chains draped around their necks. To impress onlookers or possible mates, they play games or wrestle each other.

Sure, renting an apartment is cheaper and gives you a lot of flexibility to move around, but here's the kicker: with the money threw away renting places for 5-10 years you could have been well into a mortgage and have built up some personal equity, and credit.
